For over 20 years, Nic has advised high net worth individuals, private businesses and publicly listed companies on taxation, superannuation, estate planning, asset management and protection and finance.
Before establishing NDEdwards & Co, Nic was a shareholder and director of a mid-tier accounting, financial planning, finance and technology firm. Under Nic’s leadership, the firm won tenders to become the Australian Medical Association (SA) and the Australia Dental Association (SA) preferred provider of accounting services.
Before moving back to public practice, Nic was recruited as Chief Financial Officer of a $1 billion privately owned commercial property group. Nic was also a shareholder and director of Litigation Lending Services Ltd. Prior to this, he served as an adviser to ultra-high net worth private clients of both PricewaterhouseCoopers and ANZ Private Bank. He has also consulted to ASX listed property trusts Stockland and Investa and global energy, transport and finance companies, Alstom, Transdev and General Electric.
Nic has commercial, public accounting and legal experience across a range of industries including property, private banking and litigation lending.
